Description

Create a clean exterior with Compolux Highline composite cladding in Black/Black. The rhombus profile and dark shadow line give the facade depth, with a wood-look finish that needs no painting, staining, oiling or sealing.

Co-extruded protection on all four sides

A 0.7 mm protective layer is formed around the core during production. It protects against moisture, UV exposure and mould. The core contains 55% oak fibres, 35% recycled plastic and 10% additives for colour and dimensional stability. No formaldehyde is used; the material is 95% recyclable.

Panel size and coverage

Each panel is 300 cm long and 22.1 cm high. Once joined, the effective covering height is 20.25 cm. One panel covers approximately 0.61 m². Check the product specifications for weight and the quantities required for your facade.

Concealed installation

The panels interlock and are fixed with clips to aluminium battens, leaving the screw heads concealed. Position the battens 35–40 cm apart, perpendicular to the panels. Both horizontal and vertical installation are possible. For vertical panels, provide drainage past the horizontal battens and finish the lower ends with a suitable profile. Allow ventilation behind the cladding.

Allow for expansion

Composite expands with heat, approximately 0.042 mm per metre per degree. A 3 m panel with a 40°C temperature change can expand by about 5 mm. Leave clearance at the ends and use matching corner and end profiles.

Care and warranty

Clean with lukewarm water, a mild detergent and a soft brush, normally once a year. Avoid abrasives and keep a pressure washer at a suitable distance. The material carries a warranty of up to 25 years, subject to the applicable warranty conditions. Availability and delivery depend on the selected country.

Why choose Adeqo?

For projects that want a timber-style facade with less routine finishing maintenance.

Protection around the core

A 0.7 mm protective layer is formed around all four sides of the core during production. It is a co-extruded finish rather than decorative foil.

Designed for exterior use

Composite behaves differently from timber, but still moves with temperature. Follow the specified expansion gaps, support spacing and fixing instructions.

Concealed clip fixing

The panels interlock on aluminium battens, with concealed clips. Horizontal and vertical installation are possible when the required drainage and support details are followed.

95% recyclable, no formaldehyde used

The core contains oak fibres and recycled plastic. The source product specification states that no formaldehyde is used in production.

Matching profiles and installation components

Complete the panel system with matching corner and end profiles, clips and aluminium battens. Check the required colour and dimensions when ordering.

Supplied from our own stock

Adeqo supplies from stock in the Netherlands. We can help calculate the materials for your facade and confirm delivery arrangements for your destination.

Frequently asked questions about these panels

How many panels do I need?

For a full-height wall, divide its width by the panel width and round up. Standard panels are 60 cm wide; a 3 m-wide wall needs five full-width panels if the selected length covers its height. Draw the cut layout and allow for waste. For acoustic treatment, coverage depends on the room and mounting; 30–40% of wall area is an initial guide, not a guaranteed result.

Can I install the cladding vertically?

Yes, where the specified system and installation details are followed. Battens run perpendicular to the panels. For vertical composite cladding, provide drainage past horizontal battens and finish the lower ends appropriately. Follow the instructions for ventilation and thermal expansion.

How do I install these panels?

Use the correct aluminium batten structure and concealed clips for composite cladding. Follow the installation instructions for spacing, drainage, ventilation and expansion gaps.

Do I need to allow for expansion?

Yes. Composite moves with temperature. The source specification gives approximately 0.042 mm per metre per degree; a 3 m panel over a 40°C change can move by about 5 mm. Follow the installation instructions for end clearances, profiles and fixings.

Can I cut these panels to size?

Yes. Use a fine-toothed saw for the slats, support the panel and protect the veneer. A sharp knife can cut the felt between slats when adjusting width. Re-secure slat ends after cutting where necessary and finish exposed edges neatly.

How can I check the colour before ordering?

Order a physical sample and compare it against your floor and furniture in daylight and evening lighting. Real wood veneer varies naturally, and screens do not reproduce every colour accurately.
