Real wood veneer on three sides
Real wood veneer covers the front and both sides of each slat. No painted edges or polyester finish. You will notice the difference when light falls across the wall at an angle.
Sound absorption Class A · NRC 0.90
The Adeqo Akupanel achieves Class A sound absorption and NRC 0.90 in the tested installation configuration. Acoustic panels help reduce reverberation in auditoriums, restaurants and open offices. Testing follows EN ISO 354:2003; request the report and installation details for your project file.
B-s1,d0 fire classification
The acoustic felt in the standard range is classified B-s1,d0 to EN 13501-1. The felt and fire-retardant MDF core have separate B-s1,d0 component reports. This does not establish the classification of the veneered slats or complete panel. Request the classification reports for your project file.

How long does business account approval take?
Usually within a few hours on working days, and by the next working day. We check company registration and VAT details manually to prevent misuse. If anything is unclear, we would rather call you than decline the application.
What are the approval requirements?
An active company registration, a valid VAT number where required for VAT exemption, and a business email address. Accounts are not available to consumers, resellers or competitors.
Do I receive quantity discounts straight away?
Yes. Once your account is approved, the online store shows business prices excluding VAT. Acoustic wall panel quantity discounts apply automatically from six panels, reaching 15% at 131 panels or more. Request a quotation for larger projects or other product ranges.
Which payment options are available to business customers?
iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay, Klarna, Maestro, Mastercard or Visa, subject to availability at checkout.
Can you supply BIM files?
Ask your dedicated contact about BIM files and technical drawings. Include the colour, dimensions and required file format.
Do you offer custom dimensions?
Custom dimensions may be produced by arrangement with your account manager. Typical lead time is 2–3 months; specifications and timing must be agreed before ordering.
What is the delivery time for business orders?
For in-stock products, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days in the Netherlands, 2–4 in Belgium and 3–6 in Germany. Larger pallet orders are scheduled with you in advance. Contact us about a specific address or delivery date. See our shipping policy for costs and other destinations.
