Shipping and delivery
Our English website serves customers and businesses in our delivery countries. Choosing English does not change your delivery country or its shipping rates. We currently offer regular delivery to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. We do not ship to the United Kingdom or the United States.

Shipping to Germany
Shipping costs to Germany depend on what you order:

You pay shipping only once per order. If you order samples together with panels or battens, only the freight rate applies. Small items such as a hook still fit in the parcel. The total weight of your order determines the rate; the exact charge is shown in the cart and at checkout. Contact us if your order requires a different transport arrangement.
Free-shipping thresholds exclude shipping charges. Composite cladding has a separate shipping profile for the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping to Germany is available on request; see below. For mixed orders, check the total shipping charge at checkout.
Shipping costs
- Netherlands and Belgium: €5.95.
- Orders from €98: free shipping. The threshold applies to the products in your order, excluding shipping charges. Composite cladding has separate arrangements below.
- Collection: free, by appointment only. Our warehouse is a distribution centre, not a showroom, and our office in Naarden does not receive visitors. Contact us to arrange a time.
Composite cladding shipping costs
Composite cladding and its matching profiles, battens and clips have separate shipping charges:
- Netherlands: €80.
- Belgium: €125.
- Orders from €1,500 in the Netherlands and Belgium: free shipping. This threshold applies to all products in the order together, excluding shipping charges.
- Germany: shipping costs and delivery arrangements on request. Please contact us before ordering for a quotation for your order and delivery address. The standard-range German shipping rates and free-shipping threshold do not apply to composite cladding.
For composite cladding orders delivered in the Netherlands or Belgium, including mixed orders with other products, the exact shipping charge appears in the cart and at checkout. For delivery to Germany, we confirm the shipping costs and expected delivery time in your quotation.
Delivery time
For in-stock products, the expected delivery time is 1–3 working days in the Netherlands, 2–4 working days in Belgium and 3–6 working days in Germany. These estimates depend on product availability and the delivery address. If a product is temporarily out of stock, its expected delivery time appears on the product page. If no date is shown, the delivery time is not yet known. We will let you know if the delivery of your order changes.
Carriers
Our shipments are delivered by Transmission, Steenbergen and Melis. You receive a notification when your order leaves the warehouse.
Larger orders are delivered on pallets and scheduled with you in advance.
Other destinations
Delivery terms for Spain, France, Italy and Austria have not yet been confirmed. Please contact us before placing an order for these destinations or for the Caribbean Netherlands. We will confirm whether delivery is possible and provide the shipping costs and expected delivery time. An available country in the selector is not itself a delivery quotation. We do not accept orders for delivery to the United Kingdom or the United States.
Planning your delivery
Check product availability and select your actual delivery country before ordering. For German deliveries and larger business projects, contact us if you need a delivery estimate for a specific address or date. Dispatch and delivery are separate stages: you receive a notification when your order leaves our warehouse, and pallet deliveries are scheduled with you in advance.
Damage on delivery
If damage is already visible on delivery, you may refuse the shipment with the carrier. If you discover damage after unpacking, please notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, by email with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging. We respond within one working day and work towards a solution. Contact us so we can arrange the return of a damaged product. The requested notification period does not limit your statutory rights.
Returns
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. You arrange return shipping yourself and pay its costs. Our return policy explains the procedure, conditions and refunds.
