Frequently asked questions
What is the delivery time?
In-stock panels are dispatched from Venray. For in-stock products, delivery usually takes 1–3 working days in the Netherlands, 2–4 in Belgium and 3–6 in Germany. If an item is out of stock, its product page gives the expected availability date. See our shipping policy for costs and other destinations.
What fire classification do the panels have?
The felt in the standard range is classified B-s1,d0: limited contribution to fire, very limited smoke production and no flaming droplets in the classification test. This classification does not cover the MDF core or slats.
Where your project requires classification of the complete assembly, have the applicable evidence checked before choosing a product. Contact us for the applicable documents and check the installation against the project's requirements.
Can I get an invoice in my company name?
Yes. Enter your company name and VAT number at checkout, or request a quotation in your company name. VAT exemption for eligible cross-border business orders is subject to a valid VAT number and the applicable conditions.
Can I order samples first?
Yes. Samples are charged, and their cost is deducted from your first order. Compare the wood and felt finishes in the light of your own space before ordering a complete wall.
Do you offer installation?
No. We supply the panels for you or your own installer to fit. Our installation guide explains how to align and finish the slats step by step.
